Case Management Society of Australia & Case management/Case plan resources (Revised post)

The library has identified a web site that may be of use to students (and teachers) enroled in the module, Establish and Monitor a Case Plan (CHCCM2C). This is the official web site of the Case Management Society of Australia (CMSA), http://www.cmsa.org.au/. At the site there a number of documents that may be of use:
  • Aged & Community Services, Australia & CMSA (2006) Case management and community care; a discussion paper; and,
  • Case Management Society of Australia (2007) Ethical principles 2007.

We have recently recieved:

  • Moore, Elizabeth (ed.) (2009) Case management for community practice. Melbourne: Oxford University Press; call number: 361.32068/CASE 2009

We have also ordered for the library, but not yet recieved, the following:

  • Case Management Society of Australia (2008) National standards of practice for case management. Revised edition. (Previous editions were published in 2004 and 2006); and,
  • Frankel, Arthur J. & Sheldon R. Gelman (2004) Case management : an introduction to concepts and skills. 2nd edition. Chicago, Ill. : Lyceum Books (this is also available at 6 TAFE libraries through inter-library loan).
