National Standards of Practice for Case Management (2nd ed., 2008)

The library purchased the latest edition of the National Standards of Practice for Case Management. This edition consolidates the standards presented in the 2004 edition from fourteen standards to four. There are also two new guiding principles. The contents are as follows:
